Bulletproof WiFi Pricing & Rates
Clear hourly pricing for WiFi installation, mesh WiFi systems, network troubleshooting, Ethernet cabling, data panel completion, structured media enclosures, and small-business network work across DFW.
Simple pricing for most WiFi and network service calls.
These are the standard Bulletproof WiFi rates for work inside our service area during normal service hours.
WiFi, networking, setup, troubleshooting and smaller service calls.
This rate applies to most standard one-person jobs, including WiFi troubleshooting, router and mesh configuration, structured media enclosure completion, data panel work, Ethernet jack testing, network cleanup, and general network service.
Ethernet cabling, cable pulls, drop-ceiling work and larger wiring jobs.
Some computer network cabling and termination jobs require two people for pulling cable, navigating ceiling spaces, safely handling longer runs, or working efficiently in offices and larger homes.
The Mesh WiFi Calculator is the best place to start for whole-home WiFi.
If your goal is better WiFi throughout the entire property, the Mesh WiFi Calculator helps estimate the size and type of Bulletproof WiFi system you may need before scheduling.
It is especially useful for larger homes, difficult layouts, detached offices, backyards, guest houses, smart homes, and properties where basic routers or repeaters have already failed.
Most jobs fall into one of these pricing categories.
The hourly rate depends less on the brand of equipment and more on the work required: troubleshooting, configuration, cabling, testing, mounting, cleanup, and whether one or two people are needed.

Bulletproof WiFi is built around dependable network outcomes — not quick guesses or one-size-fits-all router swaps. Our pricing reflects the time, planning, inventory, testing, and installation quality required to make networks work correctly.
Whether you need a small service call, a cabling project, or a complete whole-property Bulletproof WiFi system, the goal is the same: clean work, reliable equipment, and a network that performs the way it should.
Premium network work should come with proof.
Customers call Bulletproof WiFi because they want clean work, reliable service, better WiFi, and a network that is fixed correctly.
“Bulletproof WiFi exceeded my expectations. Jeremy was on time, under budget, extremely neat with his work, and my WiFi is much improved.”
Our reviews consistently reflect the same thing: clean work, professional service, and reliable WiFi and network results.
What affects the final price?
Pricing is hourly because network jobs are highly dependent on the property, the wiring, the equipment, and what has already been installed. A simple router setup is very different from tracing unlabeled cables through a structured media panel or running new lines through a ceiling.
The goal is to solve the actual network problem, not sell a one-size-fits-all package that may not fit your home or business.
-
Number of devices or cable runs More access points, ports, jacks, or rooms naturally require more time.
-

-
Existing equipment condition Old routers, bad switches, failing cables, or messy panels may need correction first.
-
